§ Mr. Holdsworthasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he is aware that by order of the Spindles Board, set up by the Cotton Spinning Industry Act, 1936, doubling machinery is being offered for sale; and what action he proposes to take, in view of the fact that this action of the Spindles Board is expressly prohibited by sub-section (5) of Section 2 of the said Act?
