§ Sir P. SassoonParking of cars on the Horse Guards Parade is, for the most part, restricted to officials of offices having a frontage on or closely adjoining the 47W Parade, and of visitors to those offices. While I sympathise with my hon. Friend's point of view, I am afraid that the present position as regards parking facilities in London creates many practical difficulties in the way of the adoption of his suggestion.
