§ Mr. ERSKINE HILLasked the Minister of Transport whether he is aware that both ferry boats on the north to south Queensferry crossing were driven by the wind off their course on the night of Monday, 26th October, and that it was impossible for the passengers or vehicles on board to be landed for the greater part of the night; whether he can state for how many hours the boats were drifting; how many passengers and vehicles were on board; and whether he will take steps to prevent the recurrence of similar incidents?
