§ Sir P. SASSOONI am aware of the fact that there is no factory in North Staffordshire engaged in the production of aircraft or aero-engines. Under the 273W policy of the Government explained in the White Paper (Cmd. 5295) I fear that it would not be feasible to establish a Government factory in that locality.
