§ Mr. ELLIOTI understand that representatives of the federation of two 397W agricultural syndicates in Catalonia visited this country last November to study the market for salads and to get into touch with importers. I am informed that at the present time the president and one or two members of one of the syndicates are in London for the purpose of supervising the sale of their new potatoes.
