§ Mr. McGOVERNasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he is aware that the Imperial Chemical Company, Birmingham, are despatching, dumdum bullets to the Abyssinian Emperor to be used by his troops; and if, as the use of these bullets has been previously condemned by the British Government, he will take steps to prevent this firm from sending such material to Abyssinia?
