§ Mr. ELLIOTThe answer is in the negative. The limit of six million quarters must be considered in relation to the standard price of 45s. per quarter. The standard price was recently reviewed by a Statutory Committee and a decision was reached that it should remain unchanged, on the assumption that there would be no change in the basis on which deficiency payments are made.
