§ Mr. EDENIf the hon. Member will study the White Paper issued on the 19th March, the contents of which His Majesty's Government have already stated that they are prepared to endorse, he will find that it contains proposals for the organisation on a precise and effective basis of the system of collective security and for agreements tending to secure the effective limitation of armaments. It is obviously not possible for His Majesty's Government at the present stage to go into more precise detail.
