§ Captain CROOKSHANKSo far as I am aware, the proposed selling schemes do not provide specifically for representation of the mineworkers, but I understand that it has been agreed that organised coal selling shall be one of the subjects for consideration by the Joint Standing Consultative Committee representative of the colliery owners and the Mineworkers' Federation.
