§ Lieut.-Colonel MUIRHEADI understand that the London Regional Advisory Council for Juvenile Employment approached the London Passenger Transport Board and the railway companies on the question of cheaper travelling facilities for young persons, but that these bodies have indicated that they are unable to agree to any extension of the existing facilities.
