§ Mr. RUNCIMANWhen the revised recommendations of the Shipping Federation Committee on Crew Accommodation are available, the current Board of Trade Instructions on the subject will be reviewed. The revised instructions will be sent in draft to the Merchant Shipping Advisory Committee, on which the officers' and men's organisations are represented.
