§ Major TRYONThe number of telegraph and telephone poles purchased during the three years ended December, 1935, was 311,147, and the number issued for erection 399,167. The countries of origin of those purchased were the United Kingdom, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Poland and Latvia. It is not in the public interest to quote the prices of stores purchased under contract.
