Mr. JOHNSTON

asked the Home Secretary whether the Irish Sailors and Soldiers Land Provision Act, 1919, is now solely administered by the Government of Northern Ireland so far as Northern Ireland is concerned, or whether his Department and/or the Treasury has any responsibility for the matter?
