Mr. WILSON

asked the Home Secretary whether he can state, for the last 10 years, the number of young persons between 14 and 16 years examined for certificates of fitness; the number rejected; whether the reasons for the rejections are recorded; whether they can be stated; and, if not, whether a general indication can be given?
