asked the Under-Secretary of State for Air whether he will now indicate particulars of the proposed scheme of aerial defence for Central England?

The aerial defence of Central England is an integral part of the general plans for the air defence of the country as a whole. As my hon. Friend knows, these plans are being advanced as rapidly as possible.
