§ Mr. KENNEDYasked the Minister of Transport whether any decision has been reached by the Government regarding the proposed Forth and Tay road-bridges; and whether he will now consider the desirability of proceeding with the construction of the bridges, in order to meet the 237W urgent need of improvement in the means of road transport and industrial development in the eastern counties of Scotland?
