WOMERSLEYI do not anticipate that it will be possible to contemplate the carriage by air to Empire destinations of parcels at lower postage rates than the much reduced air postage rates for letters which will operate under the Empire Air Mail scheme at any rate until some experience has been gained of the capacity that will be required under the new scheme to accommodate the letter mail.
