§ Sir G. COLLINSAfter consultation between the Governor and the staffs a revised scheme of duties proposed by the staffs was introduced experimentally on the 27th April. The working of this scheme will be kept under review and any suggestions made by the staff for alteration will be duly considered. No suggestion for change has so far been made.
