§ Sir G. COLLINSThe Corporation of Glasgow inform me that they are aware of the condition of the houses referred to and that they hope to take early action with respect to them under the Housing Acts, when the tenants will be suitably re-housed. The matter is primarily one for the consideration of the corporation.

The total amount outstanding on 5th June in respect of arrears immediately payable and consolidated was 2,010,246 Swiss francs (approximate sterling equivalent £134,020).
