§ Captain CROOKSHANKI am not quite clear what the hon. Member has in mind. I would point out to him that certain of the draft district Orders now before the House contain a provision enabling assistance, within those districts, to be given to export coal. But if he is referring to the absence of any provision in the central scheme for a levy on coal sold inland for the assistance of the exporting districts, this matter can presumably be discussed on the motion to approve the draft Order which I propose to lay before the House at an early date for the amendment of the central scheme.
