§ Mr. E. BROWNNo emoluments are payable to a Chairman or other Member of an Advisory Committee. Travelling and other allowances in respect of expenses (including compensation for loss of remunerative time) will be payable on the scale laid down generally for persons attending committees and other bodies set up in connection with the public service.
