§ Mr. SORENSENasked the Under-Secretary of State for India whether he is aware that proceedings may be taken against a newspaper for publishing reports of speeches made in the legislature in India and that Sections 67 (7) and 72d (7) of the Government of India Act do not offer any protection in this respect; and whether steps will therefore be taken to amend the law?
