§ Mr. ELLIOTYes, Sir. I reported favourably on this scheme to the Development Commissioners. Apart from the merits of the scheme, I have been greatly impressed by the admirable spirit of self-help and co-operation which has animated the promoters, and I should like to take the opportunity to congratulate them on what they have achieved. I am pleased to say that I understand that a grant of a sum not exceeding £500 from the Development Fund towards the cost of the work has now been offered.
