§ Mr. GOLDIEasked the Home Secretary whether he will consider the introduction of legislation to amend the Infanticide Act, 12 and 13 George V, c. 18, by the insertion of a definition Clause whereby it shall be enacted that for the purposes of the said Act a newly-born child shall be deemed to be any child whose death occurs within one month of birth?
