§ Commander BOWERasked the President of the Board of Trade whether his attention has been called to an agreement recently entered into by Chilnit, Limited, representing the principal banks, and the Anglo-South American Bank, Limited, whereby holders of partly-paid shares in the Anglo-South American Bank are released from any liability to pay up such shares in full; and whether the companies department will take any action in the matter?
