WOODThe number of medical practitioners under agreement with Insurance Committees in England and Wales in 1935 was 16,552, and the total amount paid to them from National Health Insurance funds in respect of the year was £7,345,338. Up to the 30th June the amount payable was subject to an economy deduction of 5 per cent. of the capitation fees.
