Mr. De la BÈREasked the President of the Board of Trade whether, arising out of the failure of the 50 nations of which the League is at present composed to apply economic and financial sanctions, he will consider the possibility of an invitation by the members of the League to the world to meet and consider on what principles it might be possible to establish a world chamber of commerce to develop the trade of the world, in order to try to re-establish once again peaceful trading conditions throughout the world?
