§ Mr. SORENSENasked the Under-Secretary of State for India (1) whether he is aware that the joint secretary of the Bihar Congress Socialist party has been served with an order restraining his movements; whether he has knowledge of the reason of this order; and whether the order has been challenged or appealed against before a judicial body;
(2) whether the house of the secretary of the Agra District Congress Socialist party was searched under a warrant issued by a first-class magistrate; whether any incriminating documents were found; and whether any publications were taken away?
