BROWNThe reports on the questions on the agenda of the 1936 session of the International Labour Conference which it is the duty of the International Labour Office to prepare have not yet been received When they are available I intend accordance with the usual practice to consult the National Confederation of Employers' Organisations and the General Council of the Trades Union Congress on all matters raised therein which are appropriate for such consultation.
