STEWARTasked the Minister of Transport whether he will publish the text of the case for the Forth road bridge submitted to him by the local authorities concerned, so that Scottish Members of Parliament and the public in Scotland may be able to appreciate the character and extent of the further economic and traffic justification for the project which he has now invited local authorities to produce?
