§ Sir G. COLLINSI am satisfied that the County Council of Inverness-shire fully appreciate the needs of the Island of Scarp in the matter of landing facilities, but they have not so far been able to give priority to this case having regard to the funds available. The matter is primarily one for the consideration of the County Council who will no doubt keep in view the claims of Scarp in connection with the programme of public works to be drawn up by them during the present year.
