Mr. COOPERThe extra cost of supplying home-killed meat in lieu of frozen meat of Dominion origin, and the administrative difficulties which such a, change would involve, remain unaltered, and I see no reason, so far as Army Funds are concerned, to reconsider the decision taken. As regards the second part of the question, the cost of purchasing home-produced butter prohibits the adoption of the course which my hon. and gallant Friend suggests.
