asked His Majesty's Government whether they can give any indication as to when they hope to be able to announce their decision on the question raised by the Report of the Royal Commission presided over by Sir John Eldon Bankes.

VISCOUNT SWINTON

His Majesty's Government have nothing to add to the answer given to a previous question in similar terms asked by the noble Viscount on the 24th November last.

The noble Viscount may rest assured that His Majesty's Government are losing no time in their examination of the Report of the Royal Commission and will reach a decision as to the action which they will take upon the Report with the least possible delay.
