COLLINSI am informed that the firm of lymph manufacturers from whom the Department obtain supplies of lymph for vaccination purposes makes use of rabbits in the preparation of Seed Lymph and for testing the lymph for potency before issue. The procedure is carried out in strict accordance with the provisions of the Therapeutic Substances Act.
