§ Mr. LOGANasked the Minister of Labour whether he is aware that on 11th March four marine firemen received a telegram from the Employment Exchange at Liverpool to proceed to steamship "Teacoa," Glasgow, and that when they arrived they were informed that by Ministry of Labour regulations they could not be signed on and that only Glasgow unemployed firemen could be engaged; and can he make a statement as regards the position?
