§ Sir T. INSKIPIt may be convenient if I refer the hon. Member to the reply which my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister gave on 19th March to certain questions in regard to my staff. In making appointments I shall not overlook the value of the training given at the Imperial Defence College. The civil servant who is already with me entered the college for its second annual course in 1928, but left after approximately six weeks to fill a vacancy on the secretarial staff at 10, Downing Street.
