§ Sir G. COLLINSExperiments of a somewhat similar nature to that referred to by my hon. Friend have been conducted in Scotland, and articles on the results obtained have been published from time to time in the Scottish Journal of Agriculture. It is proposed to publish in an early issue of the Journal an article on the results of the Welsh experiment.
