§ Mr. ELLIOTI have now received the report of the officer of the Ministry who has visited the district, and I understand that the cyanide fumigation method is likely to produce useful results. My information does not, however, enable me to estimate the degree of success which has been achieved in dealing with large warrens generally in these counties.
