§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAIn deciding whether or not to grant road service licences the Traffic Commissioners are required to have regard to the suitability of the proposed route. They also have power to attach to these licences such conditions as they may think fit for securing the safety and convenience of the public. I have no power to intervene in any particular case unless the matter is brought before me formally by way of appeal.
