§ Mr. RAMSBOTHAMOn 31st March last there were 22,241 vacant places in non-provided public elementary schools in the area of the London County Council, and 99,358 in provided schools. The total recognised accommodation of the non-provided schools was 140,434; of the provided schools 502,680.
