§ Mr. HACKINGThe estimated expenditure of the Commission for the current financial year is £295,000, and the approximate total expenditure from its inception in 1917 to 31st March, 1935, is £11,878,000. Of these amounts approximately 20 per cent. is provided by the Dominions.
