Captain WALLACEMy right hon. Friend will give the fullest consideration to the representations of St. Andrew's University in conjunction with the other representations which he has received. I am not in a position at the moment to make any further statement in the matter, since the statutory period for making representations in regard to these rules only expired yesterday.
