§ Dr. BURGINMachinery for watching the interests of consumers already exists. The Food Council have the duty of considering questions relating to the supply and price of articles of food of general consumption and the Consumers' Committees appointed under the Agricultural Marketing Act, 1931, have the duty of considering the effect of agricultural marketing schemes on consumers.
