§ Major TRYONSection 39 (8) of the Finance Act of 1933 provides for an account showing issues out of the Post Office Fund to be laid before Parliament annually. The purposes for which the money issued has been used, as defined in Section 39 (4) of the same Act, will be shown in the Account.
