§ Captain PLUGGEasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty whether in connection with the fact that naval dispositions during recent months have necessitated the bearing of a larger number of officers and men in His Majesty's Navy than was allowed for in the Estimates, he can state whether it has also been necessary to increase the number of employés in His Majesty's Dockyards and other naval establishments; and whether an increase in the number of such employés is contemplated during the next few months?
