§ Sir K. WOODI would refer my hon. and gallant Friend to the reply given to the right hon. Member for Hillsborough (Mr. Alexander) on the 12th December last, of which I am sending him a copy. With regard to the last part of the question, legislation to consolidate the law relating to local government and public health is being prepared by a Committee which will in due course take up the question of consolidating food legislation.
