§ Mr. LLOYDThis case has been most carefully reviewed recently and my right hon. Friend has failed to find any grounds for dissenting from the view formed by his predecessor. The enquiries which led to the dismissal of these two officers were conducted in a perfectly fair and impartial manner and there is no reason to reopen the case in the manlier suggested.
