WOODTwenty-seven planning schemes, other than amendment schemes, covering a total area of 85,216 acres, have been approved since the 31st December, 1931; seven of these schemes include land in rural districts. Five amendment schemes, none of which relate to land in a rural district, have been approved since that date.
