WILLIAMSasked the Home Secretary whether the pedestrians knocked down by a motor car, one of whom died shortly afterwards, on the evening of 4th November at Kirk Sandall, near Doncaster, were walking on the road with their backs to the oncoming traffic; and whether a footpath is provided for pedestrians at that particular point?
