§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAAs regards the speed limit, I would refer my hon. Friend to the answer which I gave on Thursday last to questions on this subject. I propose shortly to circulate draft regulations under the Road Transport Lighting Act, 1927, dealing with dazzling headlights.
